Cash on delivery

It will have an additional cost of 3% over the order value, with a minimum of €3 and a maximum of €50.

Note: All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have an additional charge of €30 per package for customs processing. VAT included in all prices.

Customs and taxes

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering in Hunting and Fishing ALMONACID, the recipient is the importer of the registry and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orders sent to countries outside the European Community may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and taxes levied by the country of destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, Hunting and Fishing ALMONACID has no control over these charges and does not know the cost added. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, you should contact your local Customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

The maximum measurement (length + width + height) greater than 1, 5m will have an extra charge of €3, being the total maximum measurement of 3m

Cash on delivery is not accepted in international orders

If there is no availability of any of the items in the order, the approximate date of shipment will be communicated to the customer.

If the shipment is rejected, the buyer is responsible for the additional costs that may result in a new delivery or a change of route or an incomplete/incorrect shipping address.

Returns policy:

1. Once the product has been purchased, the customer will not be able to return the product in the event of an error in the selection.

1-1. If the error is by hunting and fishing ALMONACID, it will be possible to make the change for the desired product.

1-2. No money is returned once the purchase is made.

1-3. If the product you purchased is defective, an immediate change will be made within 15 days. If not, otherwise (after 15 days of purchase and delivery of the product, it will be shipped to the manufacturer's warranty, which lasts a total of 2 years from purchase.

1-4. The wear parts of any item are not included in the warranty, as batteries, gears, fuses, etc.

1-4.1. If the customer wishes to repair any part of wear will be possible, but must pre-pay the amount indicated by the repair of the product, obtaining possible variations in the price if the need for change in other parts (Client will be communicated, in the case that the price increase or decrease, for its acceptance).

2-If you send a product under warranty and it has been tampered with (disassembled/dismantled) in its structure, this product will be out of warranty.

2-1. We remember, any product that has been disassembled/dismantled loses its warranty automatically.
